§ 52:27D-489t — Severability.
New Jersey·Title 52 STATE GOVERNMENT, DEPARTMENTS AND OFFICERS
27.The provisions of this act shall be severable, and if any of its provisions shall be held to be unconstitutional, the decision of the court shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of P.L.2013, c.161 (C.52:27D-489p et al.). L.2013, c.161, s.27.
