§ 52:27D-489k9 — Filing of bond resolution, ordinance for public inspection.
New Jersey·Title 52 STATE GOVERNMENT, DEPARTMENTS AND OFFICERS
9.An authority or municipality, as applicable, shall cause a copy of any bond resolution or bond ordinance, as applicable, adopted by it to be filed for public inspection in the office of the municipal clerk of the municipality wherein the project financed by the bonds is located. In the case of an authority, the resolution also shall be filed for public inspection in its office. The authority or municipality may cause to be published, at least once in a newspaper published or circulating in the municipality, if there be one, and if not, in a newspaper published and circulating in the county, a notice stating the fact and date of the adoption and the places where the bond resolution or bond ordinance, as applicable, has been so filed for public inspection along with the date of the first
