§ 52:27D-489j — Assistance to developer to enhance credit.
New Jersey·Title 52 STATE GOVERNMENT, DEPARTMENTS AND OFFICERS
10.The New Jersey Economic Development Authority, or any other State agency, may provide assistance to a developer in order to enhance its credit for the purpose of securing private project financing on more favorable terms. L.2009, c.90, s.10.
