25.If the preliminary revenue allocation plan has designated the property tax increment as a pledged revenue, the property tax increment shall be calculated and paid to the revenue allocation fund or the bond trustee, as appropriate, as provided hereunder.
a.Upon the striking of the tax rate in each year following the adoption of the ordinance creating the district, the chief financial officer of the municipality, with assistance provided by the assessor and collector, shall calculate the amount of property tax increment, if any, for each revenue allocation district within the municipality and shall certify to the district agent of each such district a copy of that calculation.
