§ 52:27D-45 — Declaration of necessity; liberal construction
New Jersey·Title 52 STATE GOVERNMENT, DEPARTMENTS AND OFFICERS
This act being deemed and hereby declared necessary for the protection of the health and welfare of the residents of this State in order to assure the elimination of slums and blighted areas by assisting municipalities to carry out urban renewal projects, shall be liberally construed to effectuate the purposes and intent thereof. L.1967, c. 80, s. 2, eff. May 31, 1967.
