Text
Programs identified and expanded under this act shall emphasize activities which provide training and other employment-related services for displaced homemakers which are designed to enhance their employability and earnings. Such programs shall concentrate on creating new job opportunities for displaced homemakers in order to meet identified needs within the community. L.1979, c. 125, s. 4.
