21.
a.All funding, programs, and positions created to provide adult protective services are continued and shall be transferred to the Department of Human Services. The Department of Community Affairs shall provide the Department of Human Services with such information as the Department of Human Services requires to fulfill its federal funding and reporting requirements.
b.The transfers directed by this act shall be made in accordance with the "State Agency Transfer Act," P.L.1971, c.375 (C.52:14D-1 et seq.). L.1993, c.249, s.21; amended 2012, c.17, s.425.
