New Jersey·Title 52 STATE GOVERNMENT, DEPARTMENTS AND OFFICERS
11.In order to protect a vulnerable adult, the county director or his designee may initiate appropriate legal action including, but not limited to, petitioning for guardianship or conservatorship. L.1993,c.249,s.11.
