§ 52:27D-394 — Appropriation
New Jersey·Title 52 STATE GOVERNMENT, DEPARTMENTS AND OFFICERS
Commencing with State fiscal year 1992, the Legislature shall annually appropriate the sum of $33,000,000 for the purpose of reducing the local property tax levy in qualifying municipalities. L.1990,c.85,s.11.
