§ 52:27D-393 — Approval of budget
New Jersey·Title 52 STATE GOVERNMENT, DEPARTMENTS AND OFFICERS
The Director of the Division of Local Government Services shall not approve the budget of any qualifying municipality if the director determines that the funds received pursuant to this act have not been used to reduce the local property tax levy. L.1990,c.85,s.10.
