§ 52:27D-391 — Payment
New Jersey·Title 52 STATE GOVERNMENT, DEPARTMENTS AND OFFICERS
The State Treasurer, upon the warrant of the State Comptroller, shall annually, on or before July 15, pay to each qualifying municipality the amount determined. L.1990,c.85,s.8.
