§ 52:27D-380 — Rules, regulations
New Jersey·Title 52 STATE GOVERNMENT, DEPARTMENTS AND OFFICERS
The commissioner is authorized to make and issue rules and regulations in accordance with the "Administrative Procedure Act," P.L. 1968, c. 410 (C. 52:14B-1 et seq.) for the effectuation of the provisions of this act. L. 1987, c. 50, s. 15.
