§ 52:27D-365 — Rules, regulations
New Jersey·Title 52 STATE GOVERNMENT, DEPARTMENTS AND OFFICERS
The Commissioner of the Department of Community Affairs shall adopt rules and regulations pursuant to the "Administrative Procedure Act," P.L. 1968, c. 410 (C. 52:14B-1 et seq.) to further specify the loan criteria in subsection b. of section 3 of this act and to implement the other provisions of this act. L. 1987, c. 8, s. 5.
