§ 52:27D-359 — Health Department authority
New Jersey·Title 52 STATE GOVERNMENT, DEPARTMENTS AND OFFICERS
Nothing in this act shall be construed to limit the licensing and regulatory authority of the Department of Health, pursuant to P.L. 1971, c. 136 (C. 26:2H-1 et seq.), concerning health care services provided by a facility subject to this act. L. 1986, c. 103, s. 30.
