§ 52:27D-350 — Consumers' guide; residents' rights booklet
New Jersey·Title 52 STATE GOVERNMENT, DEPARTMENTS AND OFFICERS
a.The commissioner shall prepare and cause to be distributed to the public a consumers' guide to continuing care facilities and an annual directory of continuing care facilities in the State.
b.The commissioner shall prepare and cause to be distributed to the public a residents' rights booklet that describes the rights of residents and obligations of providers under this act. L. 1986, c. 103, s. 21.
