§ 52:27D-349 — Examination of records
New Jersey·Title 52 STATE GOVERNMENT, DEPARTMENTS AND OFFICERS
The commissioner or his designee shall visit each facility offering continuing care in this State to examine its books and records at least once every four years. L. 1986, c. 103, s. 20.
