Text
The commissioner may authorize or require the State Treasurer to withhold the payment of State aid to any local governmental unit in the event that it alters or discontinues an approved recreation program, or fails to make modifications thereof as required under the provisions of this act, or otherwise fails to comply with the rules and regulations promulgated under this act. L.1968, c. 92, s. 8, eff. June 21, 1968.
