Text

The director shall, after consultation with experts in the area of recreation, develop a comprehensive program for the furnishing of recreation for adults 60 years of age and over, and shall promulgate reasonable rules and regulations for the administration of this program. The director may establish, at his discretion, a requirement specifying the kind and number of professional recreation counsellors he deems necessary for the proper supervision of recreation programs for the elderly in the local governmental units.
