13.All contractors shall carry commercial general liability insurance, including products and completed operations coverage, in the minimum amount of $1,000,000 for each coverage. The contractor shall furnish a general warranty for one year with each system installation in accordance with guidelines promulgated by the commissioner. L.2001,c.289,s.13.
