§ 52:27D-25r — Requirements to engage in fire protection equipment business.
New Jersey·Title 52 STATE GOVERNMENT, DEPARTMENTS AND OFFICERS
5.No person shall advertise that he is authorized to engage in, or engage in the fire protection equipment business, or otherwise engage in the installation, service, repair, inspection or maintenance of fire protection equipment unless he satisfies the requirements of this act. L.2001,c.289,s.5.
