6.Pursuant to the "State Agency Transfer Act," P.L.1971, c.375 (C.52:14D-1 et seq.), personnel assigned to the Office of the State Fire Marshal in the Division of State Police in the Department of Law and Public Safety, together with all of its functions, powers and duties, are transferred to the Division of Fire Safety established by section 2 of this act in the Department of Community Affairs. The Department of Community Affairs shall reorganize the functions, duties and titles of the personnel transferred. L.1983,c.382,s.6; amended 1993,c.218,s.6.
