§ 52:27D-25d3 — Burn patient arson registry, establishment; review

4.
a.In consultation with the Commissioner of Health and the Superintendent of the Division of State Police in the Department of Law and Public Safety, the Division of Fire Safety in the Department of Community Affairs shall establish and maintain a burn patient arson registry which shall contain the information from reports submitted pursuant to subsection b. of N.J.S.2C:58-8 and any other information deemed necessary by the director of the division to assist in the prevention and prosecution of the crime of arson and to provide an information source for arson research and analysis.
