New Jersey·Title 52 STATE GOVERNMENT, DEPARTMENTS AND OFFICERS
3.Annually the Division of Fire Safety shall prepare a report summarizing the data collected on school fires and provide the report to the Commissioner of Education. L.1989,c.42,s.3; amended 1993,c.218,s.8.
