§ 52:27D-25d1 — Public school fire data
New Jersey·Title 52 STATE GOVERNMENT, DEPARTMENTS AND OFFICERS
1.The Division of Fire Safety in the Department of Community Affairs, in consultation with the Department of Education, shall maintain a system for gathering data on all fires that occur in any public school building or on public school property. L.1989,c.42,s.1; amended 1993,c.218,s.7.
