New Jersey·Title 52 STATE GOVERNMENT, DEPARTMENTS AND OFFICERS
A local governing body shall not enact an ordinance more restrictive than the requirements of this act. L.1984, c. 31, s. 8, eff. Nov. 1, 1984.
