§ 52:27D-218 — Variations from requirements; procedure
New Jersey·Title 52 STATE GOVERNMENT, DEPARTMENTS AND OFFICERS
At the request of a terminal owner and after the commissioner has received from the terminal owner and has approved plans and specifications outlining the manner in which and the date by which the terminal owner will comply with the requirements of this act, the commissioner may grant variations from the requirements of section 2, 3, or 4 of this act in a manner to be prescribed by him. L.1984, c. 31, s. 5, eff. Aug. 1, 1984.
