§ 52:27D-214 — Definitions
New Jersey·Title 52 STATE GOVERNMENT, DEPARTMENTS AND OFFICERS
As used in this act: a. "Attended terminal" means a terminal where an individual knowledgeable in the aboveground liquid storage tank filling operation is physically in attendance and control during the entire delivery of a flammable liquid and has as his responsibility supervision of the storage tank filling operation.
b."Commissioner" means the Commissioner of Community Affairs.
c."Flammable liquid" means a liquid having a flash point below 100 degrees Fahrenheit and having a vapor pressure not exceeding 40 psi at 100 degrees Fahrenheit.
d."Pipeline" means a pipeline used to convey a flammable liquid from a crude petroleum wellhead collection site to a refinery or terminal or from a refinery to a terminal or from a marine vessel to a terminal. Pipeline does notmean gathering lines fro
