Text

a.A person aggrieved by a ruling, action, order, or notice of the commissioner pursuant to this act shall be entitled to an administrative hearing. The application for the hearing shall be filed with the commissioner by the 15th day after receipt by the person of notice of the ruling, action, order or notice. All hearings shall be conducted by the Office of Administrative Law pursuant to the "Administrative Procedure Act," P.L.1968, c. 410 (C. 52:14B-1 et seq.) and P.L.1978, c. 67 (C. 52:14F-1 et seq.), and the final decision shall be issued by the commissioner or his designee.
