§ 52:27D-185 — Contracts to provide service subsidies and to establish congregate housing facilities; actions to implement act
New Jersey·Title 52 STATE GOVERNMENT, DEPARTMENTS AND OFFICERS
The Commissioner of the Department of Community Affairs is authorized to enter into contracts with qualified housing agencies utilizing sums appropriated under this act to provide service subsidies to eligible participants and to establish congregate housing facilities. The commissioner shall also take such actions as he deems necessary to implement this act including the provision of advisory and technical assistance, and training and education programs to assist housing agencies to develop supportive service programs and to qualify for financial assistance under this act.
