§ 52:27D-180 — Determination and certification of amount; payment and distribution
New Jersey·Title 52 STATE GOVERNMENT, DEPARTMENTS AND OFFICERS
The director shall, forthwith upon the appropriation of such sums for State aid pursuant to this act, determine and certify to the State Treasurer and to the chief financial officer of each qualifying municipality the amount of State aid allocable to such municipality pursuant to this act, which aid shall be in addition to all other aid to municipalities. The State Treasurer, upon the certification of the director and upon the warrant of the State Comptroller, shall pay and distribute to each qualifying municipality on October 1 of each year, or as soon thereafter as practicable, the amount determined and certified, or for municipalities which have qualified bonds outstanding pursuant to P.L.1976, c. 38 (C. 40A:3-1 et seq.), the Treasurer shall disburse State aid funds determined and certi
