§ 52:27D-177 — Acceptance of gift or grant
New Jersey·Title 52 STATE GOVERNMENT, DEPARTMENTS AND OFFICERS
The commissioner may accept, as agent of the State of New Jersey, any gift or grant for any of the purposes of this act, and any moneys so received may be expended for any purpose authorized by this act. L.1977, c. 379, s. 8.
