§ 52:27D-176 — Failure to comply with act or alteration or discontinuance of approved service; withholding state aid
New Jersey·Title 52 STATE GOVERNMENT, DEPARTMENTS AND OFFICERS
The commissioner may authorize or require the State Treasurer to withhold the payment of State aid to any municipality or county in the event that it alters or discontinues an approved recreation service, or fails to make modifications thereof as required under the provisions of this act, or otherwise fails to comply with the rules and regulations promulgated under this act. L.1977, c. 379, s. 7.
