Text
On or before February 1 in each year the director shall determine the municipalities entitled to aid under this act and the amounts of their respective entitlements, and shall certify the same to the State Treasurer and to the chief financial officer of each municipality. As soon as practicable after receiving such certification, and not later than March 31 next following, the State Treasurer shall upon warrant of the Comptroller pay and distribute to each such municipality the amount so certified. L.1977, c. 260, s. 6, eff. Oct. 12, 1977.
