§ 52:27D-151 — Liberal construction of act
New Jersey·Title 52 STATE GOVERNMENT, DEPARTMENTS AND OFFICERS
This act shall be construed liberally to effectuate the legislative intent and the purposes of this act, and all powers herein granted shall be broadly interpreted to effectuate such intent and purposes and not as a limitation of powers. L.1975, c. 248, s. 10, eff. Oct. 30, 1975.
