Text

The commissioner is hereby granted and may exercise the following powers: a. To adopt, modify, repeal and enforce rules and regulations in regard to the implementation of this act; b. To sue or be sued in regard to the enforcement of the provisions of this act and any rules, regulations, contracts and agreements hereunder; c. To accept appropriations, gifts, grants, contributions and any other form of financial assistance from the Federal government or from any sources, public or private for purposes of this act; and d. To do all things necessary, convenient or desirable to carry out the provisions and purposes of this act. L.1975, c. 248, s. 8, eff. Oct. 30, 1975.
