Text

No grant may be made pursuant to this act unless the political subdivision provides satisfactory assurances that prior to submission of its application: a. Citizens of the neighborhoods to be affected by the program have been provided an adequate opportunity to participate in the development of the activities for which the grant is requested; and b. Public hearings have been held to obtain the views of citizens to be affected by the activities for which the grant is requested. L.1975, c. 248, s. 6, eff. Oct. 30, 1975.
