Text

Notwithstanding the provisions of the "State Uniform Construction Code Act," P.L.1975, c. 217 (C. 52:27D-119 et seq.), or any rule or regulation adopted pursuant thereto, to the contrary, no municipality shall be charged a construction permit surcharge fee for construction contracted for or conducted by the municipality within its boundaries when the municipality itself is the enforcing agency. L.1982, c. 73, s. 1, eff. July 21, 1982.
