§ 52:27D-125 — Code advisory board.

a.To assist and advise the commissioner in the administration of P.L.1975, c.217 (C.52:27D-119 et seq.) there is hereby created in the Department of Community Affairs a code advisory board to consist of 15 citizens to be appointed by the commissioner for a term of 4 years. The board shall consist of: one architect registered in the State of New Jersey; two professional engineers licensed by the State of New Jersey, one of whom shall be a mechanical engineer and one of whom shall be a structural engineer; one municipal building official; one member of the building industry in the State; one public health official in the State; one licensed plumbing inspector in the State; one licensed electrical inspector in the State; one fire prevention inspector in the State; and six members of the p
