Text
The director is authorized to make and issue such rules and regulations in accordance with the "Administrative Procedure Act," P.L.1968, c. 410 (C. 52:14B-1 et seq.) and to require such facts and information from the municipalities and any agencies thereof as he may deem necessary. An application approved by the director shall provide for the accountability of a municipality for the expenditure of funds as allocated in its approved application and performance evaluations of programs to be provided by the Department of Community Affairs in carrying out the provisions of this act. L.1979, c. 118, s. 8, eff. June 28, 1979.
