As used in this act: "Board" means the Local Finance Board of the Division of Local Government Services in the Department of Community Affairs. "Director" means the Director of the Division of Local Government Services in the Department of Community Affairs. "Equalized tax rate" means the total tax levy on which the tax rate is computed for a municipality as shown in the table of aggregates for the pretax year prepared pursuant to R.S.54:4-52, divided by the equalized valuation of property exclusive of Class II railroad property as shown in the table of equalized valuations for the pretax year prepared pursuant to P.L.1954, c.86 (C.54:1-35.1 et seq.). "Municipal per capita income" means the money income of a municipality for the most recent year prior to the budget year as reported by the

"Statewide aggregate equalized tax rate" means the sum of the total tax levies on which the tax rates are computed for all municipalities in the State as shown in the table of aggregates for the pretax year prepared pursuant to R.S.54:4-52, divided by the sum of equalized valuations of property of all municipalities in the State exclusive of Class II railroad property as shown in the table of equalized valuations for the pretax year prepared pursuant to P.L.1954, c.86 (C.54:1-35.1 et seq.).
