§ 52:22-16 — 2 Transfer and credit directly to State House Commission.
New Jersey·Title 52 STATE GOVERNMENT, DEPARTMENTS AND OFFICERS
2.Whenever it is necessary so to do, the Director of the Division of Budget and Accounting in the Department of the Treasury is hereby authorized to transfer and make the necessary credit directly to the State House Commission. L.1940, c.35, s.2; amended 2007, c.52, s.31.
