§ 52:20-6 — Number of members necessary to act
New Jersey·Title 52 STATE GOVERNMENT, DEPARTMENTS AND OFFICERS
The concurrence of five of the members of the commission shall be necessary to the validity of all acts of the commission except allotments from the emergency fund which shall require unanimous consent. Amended by L.1953, c. 85, p. 1011, s. 2.
