§ 52:17A-9 — Members of department not to act as attorneys in state cases except in official capacity

New Jersey·Title 52 STATE GOVERNMENT, DEPARTMENTS AND OFFICERS
No member of the Department of Law shall act as attorney or counsel in any controversy in which the State has an interest, except in his official capacity. L.1944, c. 20, p. 54, s. 9.
