a.Within 60 days of the effective date of P.L.2015, c.102 (C.52:15D-3 et seq.), the commissioner shall report to the Governor and the Legislature, pursuant to section 2 of P.L.1991, c.164 (C.52:14-19.1), regarding the allocation of Community Development Block Grant Disaster Recovery funds and other funds that may be available for relief efforts associated with Superstorm Sandy.
