Text
Except as otherwise in this act provided all powers and duties imposed upon the Executive Director, Office of Fiscal Affairs, by any other law are transferred to and shall be exercised by the Legislative Budget Officer in the Office of Legislative Services and all other references in any such act to the Executive Director, Office of Fiscal Affairs, shall mean and refer to the Legislative Budget Officer. Laws 1979, c. 8, s. 23.
