§ 52:27D-193 — Liberal construction
New Jersey·Title 52 STATE GOVERNMENT, DEPARTMENTS AND OFFICERS
This act is remedial legislation necessary to protect life and property within this State from the danger of destruction by fire and explosion and shall be liberally construed to effectuate these purposes. L.1983, c. 383, s. 2.
