§ 52:27D-124g — Person aggrieved by ruling, action, order or notice; right to hearing
New Jersey·Title 52 STATE GOVERNMENT, DEPARTMENTS AND OFFICERS
Any person aggrieved by any ruling, action, order, or notice of the commissioner pursuant to this act shall be entitled to a hearing pursuant to the "Administrative Procedure Act" (P.L.1968, c. 410, C. 52:14B-1 et seq.). The application for the hearing must be filed within 15 days of the receipt by the applicant thereof of notice of the ruling, action, order or notice complained of. L.1981, c. 494, s. 7, eff. Jan. 12, 1982.
