§ 52:27D-124f — Rules and regulations
New Jersey·Title 52 STATE GOVERNMENT, DEPARTMENTS AND OFFICERS
The commissioner may adopt such rules and regulations as he may deem necessary or appropriate in order to implement the provisions of this act. L.1981, c. 494, s. 6, eff. Jan. 12, 1982.
