§ 52:27D-124c — Inspection of factory, warehouse, or place of sale; monitoring inspection fee

New Jersey·Title 52 STATE GOVERNMENT, DEPARTMENTS AND OFFICERS
The commissioner, by his authorized representatives, may enter, at reasonable times, any factory, warehouse or establishment in which manufactured homes are manufactured, stored or held for sale, for the purpose of ascertaining whether the requirements of the federal manufactured home construction and safety standards and the regulations of the commissioner have been and are being met. The commissioner shall establish a monitoring inspection fee in an amount established by the secretary, to be paid to the secretary by each manufacturer for each manufactured home manufactured in New Jersey.
