Any person who is not authorized by law to use, exhibit or display the State Seal, who uses, exhibits or displays the Great Seal of the State of New Jersey, in whole or in part, is a disorderly person and upon conviction as such shall be subject to a fine of $50.00. L.1955, c. 155, p. 649, s. 2.
